Voxrik is an independent project, not a marketplace or a party to professional engagements. These Terms describe the website as it operates today.
About Voxrik
“Voxrik,” “we,” and “us” refer to the independent project and website available at voxrik.com. Voxrik advocates an expert-led agent model and helps people discover and contact independent professionals who work with AI agents and other tools.
Voxrik is not a marketplace, staffing agency, employer, agent, partner, representative, or professional-services firm. It does not employ or control the professionals shown on the site.
Independent relationships
Any decision to contact, hire, or work with a professional is yours. Each professional is independent and is responsible for their own representations, judgment, work, communications, legal obligations, and delivery.
Scope, price, timing, acceptance, confidentiality, intellectual property, taxes, refunds, and payment terms must be agreed directly between the client and the professional. Voxrik is not a party to that agreement, does not process payments or hold funds, and does not charge either side a commission.
Profiles and professional information
Profiles may include information supplied by a professional, drawn from public sources, or summarized from delivery evidence. We may review information for presentation and consistency, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete, current, or suitable for your specific purpose.
You should make your own assessment, ask appropriate questions, and obtain any references, credentials, licenses, insurance, or contractual protections your project requires.
Agent-supported work
Professionals featured through Voxrik are expected to use AI agents, software tools, reusable skills, or automated workflows as part of delivery. The professional remains responsible for how those tools are used and for the human review they promise.
AI-assisted work can contain errors and is not appropriate for every task. Before an engagement begins, the client should disclose applicable confidentiality, data-handling, regulatory, or AI-use restrictions directly to the professional.
Your inquiries and files
You must provide accurate information and have the right to submit any text or files you send. Do not submit malware, stolen material, access credentials, payment-card data, or information whose disclosure would violate law, contract, confidentiality, or another person’s rights.
You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant Voxrik a limited permission to receive, store, copy, secure, and transmit them to the relevant professional and infrastructure providers for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your inquiry.
Acceptable use
You may not use Voxrik to:
- break the law, facilitate harm, or violate another person’s rights;
- impersonate someone, misrepresent authority, or submit deceptive requests;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security of the site or its services;
- send malware, spam, abusive content, or automated high-volume requests; or
- scrape, copy, or republish profiles or site content without permission.
Website intellectual property
The Voxrik name, visual identity, illustrations, text, software, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, modified, sold, or redistributed without permission, except for ordinary use of the website.
Ownership and permitted use of deliverables created during a professional engagement are governed only by the agreement between the client and that professional.
Third-party services
Voxrik may link to professional profiles, payment pages, social networks, repositories, and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
Voxrik is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that an inquiry will receive a response, that a professional will be available or suitable, that the parties will reach an agreement, or that any project will achieve a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxrik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the site, a professional, or an engagement between users.
Voxrik’s aggregate liability arising from use of the website will not exceed US$100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and access
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Voxrik, refuse or remove unlawful submissions, and update these Terms as the project evolves. Material revisions will be reflected by a new effective date. Your continued use after a revision means the revised Terms apply to later use.
Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law may give you rights that these Terms cannot waive. Nothing here limits those mandatory rights. A dispute concerning a professional engagement should be addressed directly under the agreement between the client and the professional.
Questions about the website or these Terms may be sent through the private inquiry form on voxrik.com. State in the message that your request concerns these Terms.
