This Policy applies to voxrik.com and the private request, attachment, and pipeline tools provided through it. “Voxrik,” “we,” and “us” refer to the independent project operating this website.

Voxrik handles information needed to operate the site and route an inquiry. An independent professional who receives your information is responsible for their own subsequent communications, project records, and professional relationship with you.

We may collect:

• information you provide, including your name, email address, and problem description;
• optional attachments, including their names, types, sizes, and contents;
• request status and related pipeline context; and
• technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, and cookie or analytics identifiers.

Voxrik does not ask for payment-card details and does not process payments between clients and professionals.

• receive, review, and route your inquiry;
• enable the relevant professional to respond and follow up;
• store attachments and minimal pipeline context;
• operate, secure, debug, and improve Voxrik;
• understand aggregate website usage and performance;
• prevent abuse and enforce the Terms of Use; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate rights.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps you request before a professional engagement, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, and when necessary to meet legal obligations. If we ask for consent for a specific purpose, you may withdraw it for future processing.

We may share information with:

• the independent professional associated with the profile, service, or conversation you selected;
• infrastructure providers that support hosting, private file storage, databases, security, and website analytics;
• advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect rights and security; and
• a successor responsible for Voxrik if the project is reorganized or transferred, subject to this Policy or equivalent notice.

Current infrastructure includes Vercel for website hosting and private attachment storage, a managed PostgreSQL database, and Google Analytics when analytics is enabled. These providers process limited information under their own service terms and privacy commitments.

Voxrik may use Google Analytics to understand visits and site performance. Google may receive usage information and place or read measurement cookies. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings.

Browsers may send “Do Not Track” signals, but no uniform response standard exists and Voxrik does not currently alter functionality in response to them. Voxrik does not sell personal information or use inquiry content for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain private requests, attachments, pipeline records, and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain the direct relationship, secure the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the status and nature of the inquiry. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.

Voxrik and its infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, appropriate contractual or other safeguards will be used for international transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a local privacy authority.

Send requests through the private inquiry form on voxrik.com and state that the request concerns privacy. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls and private attachment storage. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Voxrik is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.

We may update this Policy when Voxrik’s features, providers, or data practices change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice before they take effect when required.
